
Crouton Breaded Chicken Strips
Chicken Tenderloin
Parmesan Cheese
Seasoned Croutons
Egg
1. Clean Chicken
2. Mix eggs with a bit of milk
3. Pour two or three bags of croutons into a ziplock bag and add some
parmesean cheese. Use a rolling pin to crush the croutons as some as
possible
4. Dip chicken pieces and coat well
5. Place in 9x13 non-stick pan
6. Cook for 40 minutes at 350
7. Check temp of meat and if if not quite done cook covered with foil another 10 minutes.
